I was born and raised in England and moved to Austria in 1994. I spent 15 years working as a cameraman at the Austrian national television (ORF) before joining AAT in 2014. Since then, I have been responsible for the marketing of AAT and its medical aircraft solutions.

Cindy Seidl serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at STARS in Calgary, Alberta, overseeing clinical operations across the organization’s air medical teams. With more than 30 years of nursing experience and over 20 years in air medical transport including both HEMS and fixed-wing, she brings a depth of knowledge to her leadership role. Cindy holds a Master of Nursing degree and is dedicated to delivering safe, exceptional care in dynamic, high-pressure environments. She is especially passionate about developing strong, high-performing teams through a focus on continuous education and hands-on training. Since 2023, Cindy has been a member of the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) board, where she also serves as the board representative on the Patient Safety Committee.

Dan Richards is British Army veteran turned actor and training para-cyclist (C4), offering an unfiltered  perspective on resilience. From preparing to row the Atlantic, to competing at the 2018 Invictus Games and tackling the 2022 Race Across America, he's embraced every challenge with one arm and an 'unflinching' attitude. He now performs on screen and Studies Sport and Fitness. Dan enjoys sharing his story to show that disability isn't the end – it's just a different starting line. He lives by the belief that there's nothing more expensive than a missed opportunity.

Dr. John Froh is a seasoned physician and the President and CEO of STARS, bringing over two decades of experience in transport, emergency medicine, and trauma care. 

He earned his MBA from The SC Johnson School of Business at Cornell University, combining his clinical expertise with strategic, financial, and innovative insights to address gaps in complex systems. Dr. Froh speaks on topics such as prehospital and transport medicine, organizational transformation, and leading mission-driven teams.

Since 2017, Chief Executive Officer of DRF Luftrettung as well as shareholder and member of the board in other organizations in the air rescue sector, including EHAC, NHC, ARA, DRF Maintenance, and AAA Alpine Air Ambulance.

As an industrial designer I focus on optimize the workspace of the medical cabin in helicopters. We bring developers, operational crew and producer of helicopters and medical interior together. This combination help us design the cabin, based upon valid needs and possibilities.

Graeme Gale is the CEO/Pilot of Helicopters Otago Ltd, bringing over 30 years of experience across EMS, firefighting, offshore, agricultural, and commercial helicopter operations. He is widely recognised as a leader and innovator in New Zealand aviation, having established the country’s southernmost dedicated EMS and rescue helicopter service, significantly improving emergency coverage in the lower South Island.

Under his leadership, Helicopters Otago owns/operates a fleet of more than 20 helicopters, including three state-of-the-art Airbus H145 D3s. The company runs advanced operations under IFR/PBN, and NVG capabilities, with a strong focus on safety, technology, and service excellence.

Jim is a seasoned healthcare leader and advanced practice provider, paramedic, and nurse, with over 25 years of experience in emergency medical services and critical care. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and multiple certifications, and has held key roles at MedFlight, Trinity Health Systems, and CAMTS. Deeply committed to his community, Jim serves on several boards, mentors aspiring professionals, and enjoys spending time with his family through travel, biking, and quiet evenings at home.

Jason Quisling has been flying commercially for more than 35 years in both fixed-wing and rotorcraft. For the last 2 decades he has been working in the Helicopter Air Ambulance field, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Flight Operations and AirCom Communications for Air Methods, LLC overseeing a fleet of 400 aircraft, 300 bases and 1200 pilots.  Passionate about safety, he is an NTSB trained accident investigator, has been a frequent lecturer on aviation human factors and crew resource management (CRM), participant on Aviation Rule-making Committee work groups, and has provided testimony as an expert witness.  Jason also volunteers as an active member of the US Helicopter Safety Team Steering Committee, is an executive committee member and Chair on the Air Medical Operators Association Board as well as participating on other industry safety committees.

I serve as the Chief Air Medical Officer at UW Medicine Airlift Northwest and Associate Administrator for Laboratory Medicine, Pathology, and Operators, for Harborview Medical Center a 413 bed academic medical center and the only level one trauma and burn center in the WAMI region. I serve on the board for the Association Air Medical Services, Medic One Foundation, Chair for the Federal Advisory Committee on Air Ambulance Quality and Patient Safety and as the Chair of the Northwest Air Ambulance Response group.

Mr. Luke Billington serves as a Regional Sales Manager with SKYTRAC and has always been motivated by a desire to make a difference. He began his career as an airplane maintenance engineer for various regional airlines, and, after joining SKYTRAC in 2019, he began working with HEMS, SAR, and other mission critical operators delivering important capabilities when and where they need them most. Luke works closely with operators to create intelligent connectivity solutions that improve safety, communication, and, ultimately, save lives.

Mathias began his career in EMS in 1994, which took him to locations including the Middle East, the USA and Switzerland. He is a co-founder of the European Resuscitation Academy and is involved in optimizing out-of-hospital care systems for 15 years – “It takes a system to improve outcomes.”
