With more than 30 years of nursing experience and over 20 years in air medical transport including both HEMS and fixed-wing, she brings a depth of knowledge to her leadership role. Cindy holds a Master of Nursing degree and is dedicated to delivering safe, exceptional care in dynamic, high-pressure environments. She is especially passionate about developing strong, high-performing teams through a focus on continuous education and hands-on training. For the last 2 decades he has been working in the Helicopter Air Ambulance field, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Flight Operations and AirCom Communications for Air Methods, LLC overseeing a fleet of 400 aircraft, 300 bases and 1200 pilots.  Passionate about safety, he is an NTSB trained accident investigator, has been a frequent lecturer on aviation human factors and crew resource management (CRM), participant on Aviation Rule-making Committee work groups, and has provided testimony as an expert witness.  Jason also volunteers as an active member of the US Helicopter Safety Team Steering Committee, is an executive committee member and Chair on the Air Medical Operators Association Board as well as participating on other industry safety committees.
